Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Screening: Identify, source, screen, and interview potential candidates across various levels to match them with appropriate roles within the organization.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of recruitment strategies, processes, and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to plan, organize, and implement effective recruitment and selection processes.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct employment verifications, reference checks, and background checks as part of a thorough candidate assessment.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate ad hoc recruiting reports and maintain proper documentation for all recruitment activities.
  • Job Postings & Requisitions: Coordinate with hiring managers to gather necessary information for job postings and requisitions.
  • Offer Management: Prepare job offer letters, conduct job offer negotiations, and provide guidance on hiring processes to ensure consistency.
  • Agency Coordination: Liaise with staffing agencies as necessary to ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Aid in developing talent pipelines through tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns.
  • Talent Challenges & Solutions: Identify recruitment challenges and assist in developing innovative solutions to address them.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for various roles and levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, consistently innovating and driving positive change.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional results, exhibiting an ownership mentality.
