We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Kolkata. This is a work from office opportunity.
Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee life cycle, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and practices. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of HR experience, strong expertise in employee life cycle management, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires a proactive approach to solving HR challenges and the ability to support the business in achieving its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide HR support to achieve these objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Manage talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Monitor and manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in the HR information system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
