We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Kolkata. This is a work from office opportunity.

Job Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee life cycle, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies and practices. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of HR experience, strong expertise in employee life cycle management, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role requires a proactive approach to solving HR challenges and the ability to support the business in achieving its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide HR support to achieve these objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement action plans to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • Manage talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in the HR information system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

Domain Specific Skills:

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end employee life cycle management.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
  • Proficiency in performance management and employee development.

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee life cycle management.
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders to achieve strategic goals.
